Cavendish Scott is a wonderful presence in our yearly audits. They seem truly invested in helping companies grow and improving their internal processes. Not only has ISO unlocked our ability to win larger contracts, but it has greased the wheels and unlocked better communication between team members, better documentation of records, and better strategies for improving output. Cavendish Scott did a great job and went down some audit trails that other Auditors have not gone down in the past 12 years so it was nice to see a different perspective.

Cavendish Scott's findings are meaningful. We have had auditor in the past where observations are okay but not very helpful. Cavendish Scott has gotten to know our company and their feedback has helped to make the company more efficient. One recommendation she made has saved 4 employees 10-15 mins per day. At our hourly rate, it translates to probably 8-$10k in increased productivity per year.

This course took me from little to no familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 to walking away feeling like I had a very good grasp on the standard and the process to audit against it.
