Process Approach Training

This three day course exceeds the training requirements specified by RABQSA and IRCA. In a more relaxed environment it provides an in-depth understanding of ISO 9000 (now updated with ISO 9001:2008 elements) and the auditing process. It is substantially exercise and activity driven to ensure training is effective and enjoyable. It also includes participation in an actual ISO internal audit at a local company. Our course tutors are experienced consultants, practicing registrar auditors and formally trained in presentation skills. They are there to cover the subject matter and also answer any question you may have about your ISO 9000, implementing your QMS, maintaining your QMS and handling the registration assessment. We help you focus on minimizing costs and maximizing value from the ISO program and provide a very practical perspective, as well as a very precise technical perspective on ISO in your organization. This course is ideal for ISO internal auditors, management needing a greater understanding, ISO project team members and process improvement personnel.
