It provides an in-depth understanding of ISO 9000 (now updated with ISO 9001:2008 elements) and the auditing process. It also includes exercises, role-play, and a live audit. It is ideal for professional auditors, internal auditors wanting advanced skills, coordinators, and implementers of ISO 9000 or similar quality systems.
