We have an ISO/AS program that is grant funded to pay for most of your ISO 9001, AS9100 or other ISO registration.

The program is individually customized for your organization and is designed to maximize grant funding and provide you with the easiest and most successful route to ISO/AS success.

The program consists of a combination of public and private training and on-going support; through the design and implementation of your quality management system to successful ISO/AS registration. And you are Guaranteed Successful Registration at the end of your program!

The Grant Funding

Funding is provided for up to $800 per employee. Larger organizations typically require more substantial projects and can receive more grant funding to support it. The grant is yours and it and the proposal it supports is designed specifically for your needs.

A simple application is required giving basic information about your organization and a proposal is prepared based on our structured program. The program is crafted specifically for your organization allowing more time where needed, addressing specific issues that need addressing and guaranteeing success.

The Program

The objective of the program is clear. Your successful ISO/AS registration. While it minimizes your commitment of resources, it maximizes your in-house knowledge and capabilities. You end up with a an easy to maintain, meaningful ISO system that reflects what you do and does not ask you to change to “meet ISO”. No standard templates or cookie-cutter solutions. A management system that provides a foundation for growth and improvement.

The program combines some public training classes and dedicated internal training and support to carry your program to success.

The basic steps are:

• Introduction Training (for the project contact - including ISO Awareness, Process Approach, ISO Requirements, ISO Implementation Project, Registrars and the Registration Assessment)
• Lead Auditor Training (for the project contact)
• Process development and document writing (Completed in conjunction with your ISO training consultant)
• In house ISO implementation training (training and one-on-one support for all employees)
• Internal Auditor training (in conjunction with professional audit team)
• Support through any findings (lessons learned)
• Support though the assessment

Steps to Secure your Position on this Program

The grant funding cycle starts in July and formal applications are made by August.

1. Contact Cavendish Scott, Inc to obtain a personalized proposal for completing your ISO program – Guaranteed. This can be completed in a simple one hour visit to review your exact situation and discuss how the program works. The proposal will be specific for your situation and reflect your organization. It is a valid and useful assessment even in the event that you are not eligible for grant funding.
2. Cavendish Scott will arrange for the appropriate agency organization to visit you to collect information needed to complete the grant application. In addition to explaining the grant process, they will complete the application, based on the customized program proposal provided by Cavendish Scott.
3. Grant applications will be submitted for review and approval – probably by about September 2010.
4. Your training program commences – employees are asked to sign for training attended.
5. The Agency collects copies of training and activities completed (we compile copies of these and provide tools to make it easy). This is submitted to the State for approval.
6. Your ISO registration is guaranteed.
7. Immediately after the program you will have to complete one short survey about the program.
8. Six months after completion of program you are asked to complete a short survey about the economic impact of the program.
